Ways to Take a Screenshot

Screenshots are generally saved in the folder Pictures – Screenshots. There are four ways to take a screenshot:

Method No. 1

Press and hold the device Power button (power on/off button) and the volume rocker in the volume-down position simultaneously for 1 second.

• The screenshot is taken and can be shared, edited, or deleted using the three selection options.
• For screenshots of scrollable views, there is an option to adjust the screenshot using “Capture more” to capture longer views.

Method No. 2

Hold down the device Power button (power on/off button) for 1 second and then trigger it via the software button “Screenshot”.

• The screenshot is taken and can be shared, edited, or deleted using the three selection options.
• For screenshots of scrollable views, there is an option to adjust the screenshot using “Capture more” to capture longer views.

Method No. 3

Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen or use the button to display the overview of open apps, then tap “Screenshot”.

• The screenshot is taken and can be shared, edited, or deleted using the three selection options.
• For screenshots of scrollable views, this method does not offer the option to adjust the screenshot using “Capture more” to capture longer views.

Method No. 4

Swipe down from the top area of the screen simultaneously with three fingers.

• This option is available starting with the current VollaOS 14.
